Summary:

Verisk's ClaimSearch team is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver training to internal and external customers using a blended approach to include self-paced, live, and virtual classroom facilitation.  In this role, you'll maintain a high level of knowledge about supported products, processes, and practices to provide best-in-class training that supports internal and external customer needs.

Other responsibilities include:

• Recommend product and service improvements to management based on information and analysis gained through customer interactions.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by responding to training requests and performing appropriate follow-up and monitoring.

• Create and maintain training schedules and records used for analyzing customer needs and training priorities.

• Performing administrative functions to maintain organization and training event management, including enrollment, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in a customer-facing property and casualty insurance claims role.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and educate internal and external customers on software, systems, and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate training requests and customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using ISO ClaimSearch, Microsoft Office 365, virtual collaboration software, and SalesForce a plus.
  • Overnight travel required in accordance with business needs.
