Our ISO business is looking for a Senior Product Owner for its Digital Platform and product team to work closely with technology, marketing, design, program management, analytics, data operations and external customers to deliver new products and enhancements to the platform and existing products.

  • Work with senior leadership to evolve strategic vision into actionable tactics that provide ISO users with a positive, seamless, personalized experience.
  • Serve as the product owner for one or more product development teams, leading sprint backlog grooming, prioritization, and definition efforts.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with relevant stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
  • Leverage data and analytics to make decisions on the priority of the stories in the product backlog.  Data and analytics may come in the following forms: ROI analysis, revenue generation analysis, customer sentiment analysis and gathering of customer feedback, user behavior log analysis, and known software bugs.
  • Proactively research and understand the market and the latest trends. Know our users as well as our competition.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impede our customers’ ability to perform tasks and/or the organization’s ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation and/or technique, including automated testing and deployment processes, code management practices, analytics implementation, etc. Facilitate code and design reviews. Utilize C#, JAVA, SQL and other tools to analyze code and/or data sets
  • Be the subject matter expert for the ISO platform and the core product set.


  • Bachelor’s degree required. CIS, Business or a related digital discipline preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or systems integration with increasing responsibility is required.  Experience in insurance or data analytics organization is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and business analysis skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering concepts, analytics programs (Site Catalyst, Google Analytics), web application development, data architecture, prototyping tools, and agile and lean methodologies. Experience with Tableau, Spotfire, MicroStrategy or other BI tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule trade-offs and/or new opportunities with technical and non-technical employees.
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have competing goals.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.  Comfortable working both independently and with a team.  
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive management
