ISO ClaimSearch® Solutions group, a product suite of Verisk Insurance Solutions, is looking for a highly-motivated candidate. The position involves proven experience with Client and Product Support.

Title: Senior Product Innovation Analyst

Organizational Unit: ISO Claims Analytics - ClaimSearch Solutions Group

The successful candidate will be part of a Matrix style team environment, fully supporting individual contributions to the collective success of the product offerings. Those seeking autonomy commensurate with experience, skillset and drive will find this a rewarding opportunity.

  • Responsible for identifying key metrics and employing appropriate tools to develop effective schemes to capture and analyze these metrics
  • Capture, analyze and report product performance statistics to management.
  • Responsible for developing responses to customers’ special metric analyses reports
  • Serves as support liaison between product team, Sales and customer.
  • Works effectively with IS&T, ClaimSearch Operations, Finance, Sales and Customer Service on issue analysis and remediation
  • Produce and Maintain product metrics, reports and trend analyses
  • Recommend potential product and service improvements to management predicated on analysis of customer information and industry activity analyses.
  • Participates in special projects and takes on special assignments.
  • Work with one or more development Scrum teams as necessary to produce user behavior and tracking mechanisms

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Math, Business Analytics, or a related discipline preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in product support, product development or customer service role. 
  • Working proficiency working with business intelligence dashboards, web traffic tools (e.g.-Google Analytics) and similar customer behavioral analytic tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong and well developed analytical, process-oriented, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other analytic tools.
  • Ability to work independently with appropriate training and support.
  • Insurance industry or business analyst designations a plus
  • Knowledge of software tools such as Wiki and JIRA a plus.
  • Project Management experience is desirable.
  • Experience in insurance claims, special investigations or equivalent a plus.
