Job Titile: Senior Graphic Designer 

Reports to: Design Manager

Primary responsibilities:
  • Provide presentation design support for sales and executive team members
  • Design of marketing communication pieces such as sell sheets, brochures, infographics, trade show banners and signage, web and landing pages, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
  • Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.
  • Review printer proofs as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all collateral materials and website pages. Manage all brand assets, images and icons; develop and/or secure new ones as required.
  • Coordinate with our development teams to help standardize our user experience across the product, website, and printed materials.

Qualified candidates must possess the following:
  • Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Powerpoint. User experience tools and software, such as Adobe XD or Sketch, are a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g. EpiServer, Joomla)
    is a plus.
  • 5-6 years of experience working in a marketing, branding or advertising industry or an equivalent combination of education and agency experience.
  • Strong typography and design skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Effectiveness in managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to churn out heightened productivity and efficiency in times of need and fast paced environments.
  • Out-of-the-box creative thinking skills coupled with a pragmatic and realistic approach.
  • High energy, positive team player who works well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Desire to learn new things and approaches to design.
  • Portfolio that shows strong brand development potential.
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility.
