Role Focus

This office-based role will focus on managing, developing and qualifying a large pipeline of inbound sales leads across the renewable energy sector. The role's aim is to screen inbound leads from strategic and long-tail accounts interested in research (subscription and single reports content), and develop them into qualified sales opportunities for senior account managers to close.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Successfully qualify and develop inbound leads into early stage research subscription sales opportunities
  • Develop client relationships at a range of seniority levels, from C-suite to end-users through a highly proactive approach
  • Ensure all opportunity information is accurately captured in the Salesforce CRM system in an efficient and prompt manner
  • Work in a fast paced environment to achieve individual and team sales goals. 
  • Ensure client feedback is accurately captured and efficiently communicated back into the business
  • Provide strong customer service including solving problems, complaints and questions 

Knowledge and Experience Required
  • The role holder will require a Bachelor's degree and two years of sales and/or client facing and support experience in a related B2B or B2C role.
  • Prior experience of using Salesforce will be strongly favoured.
  • Prior experience of using Pardot will be strongly favoured.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills, negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
