Reports to: Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources

Role Purpose

Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruitment Researcher will support the Talent Acquisition Team on recruitment activities. 

They will work closely with the broader HR team as well as the rest of the in-house Talent Acquisition team to source, qualify and screen appropriate candidates for open roles across our business. 

Resources Team - Main Responsibilities
  • Manage advertising and directly source candidates for open roles
  • Screen candidates and manage scheduling of interviews and assessments for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Support Recruiters in sourcing of potential candidates
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Specialists to gain an in-depth insight into the hiring manager’s needs
  • Mapping companies and industries to source relevant professionals in the industry
  • Making the first approach – having a conversation about candidates’ background and professional interests and assessing whether they may be the right fit for our client's needs

Knowledge & Experience Required
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant work in the recruiting field  
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in related field such as business or human resources
  • Experience with the LinkedIn Recruiter tool would be an advantage.
