We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Analyst to join our organization and be a member of our marketing team.  The following is the description of the position:
  • Design and implement scalable marketing processes, measuring marketing performance and maintaining overall system functionality. Develop robust KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards for marketing performance monitoring. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Lead, execute, and efficiently manage analytical projects and initiatives to support marketing business decisions. Compile, analyze, visualize, and interpret critical data, extracting vital information and translating it in analysis and presentations to be used at senior management/executive level. Proactively explore data to find trends.
  • Prepare and present actionable analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders, business units, and senior leadership based on findings.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (process and workflow management, digital asset management, marketing automation).
  • Support ad hoc projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactively evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance. Provide recommendations that enhance future performance, processes, measurements, and solutions. Adapt as necessary.
  • Other related duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (marketing, predictive analytics, finance, accounting, statistics)
  • 3+ years of applicable experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required. Proficiency and hands-on experience with the following categories of tools is strongly preferred: data visualization, predictive modeling, marketing automation, workflow management, digital asset management, and others.
  • A working knowledge of databases, data mining, marketing and business analytics, predictive analytics, and software development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, decision making, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and normalize large amounts of data and build models from unstructured business problems with ability to convey findings and concepts in a clear, easy to understand, visual format to all levels within the organization including presentation of recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify issues, work independently and in teams on multiple projects simultaneously, meet project deadlines, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with high autonomy.
