As Marketing Automation Specialist you’ll be responsible for setting up campaigns in Eloqua to integrate with salesforce.com. You’ll be charged with troubleshooting campaign associations between Eloqua and salesforce.com and managing the execution of lead scoring and nurturing/drip campaigns through the use of Eloqua.  You’ll assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing programs focused on lead generation and utilize traffic tracking applications to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate and refine effective marketing techniques and identify qualified sales leads.  You’ll advise on and administer A/B testing programs for marketing campaigns and serve as an advisor to our web design and copyright team ensuring best practices are implemented for digital marketing.  In addition, you’ll define growth strategy of the organization’s marketing automation initiative and quantify return on marketing investment, score programs, and create lead management reports.  Lastly, you’ll advise, teach and coach colleagues on how to best leverage marketing automation tool solution.

 

Requirements:

• College degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience required, IT background preferred

• Strong background in establishing campaign structure in Eloqua and ROI reporting through salesforce.com

• Eloqua master certification a strong plus

• Three to five years Eloqua experience 

• B2B marketing experience is advantageous but not a requirement

• Good oral and written communication skills are required.

• Solid understanding of regulatory environment for digital marketing program including CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance

• Must be able to accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment, make decision using sound judgment and place strong emphasis on integrity

• Understanding of email best practices

• Familiarity of how Eloqua integrates with SalesForce.com
