Job Title: IT Business Process Engineer

Responsibilities

-          Apply process and organizational improvement concepts to assist the teams responsible for developing comprehensive IT service offerings

-          Manage business case for each process, including critical thinking to ensure the workflow maps to business needs

-          Use flow charts, context diagrams, and other tools to capture and communicate both the as-is and to-be processes

-          Apply gap analysis techniques to define the nature and extent of needed change and make that business case to decision makers

-          Collaborate with ServiceNow architects to ensure the business case goals are supported by the technical implementation

-          Perform QA testing of developed processes in workflows to ensure developed functionality meets business needs

Requirements

-          7 or more years of experience in large IT environments

-          Experience building workflows and processes for the ServiceNow platform

-          Strong understanding of Enterprise IT capabilities, business processes, and workflows, and how they fit into business technology solutions

-          Experienced in performing in-depth as-is and future-state business process analysis

-          Skilled in eliciting and gathering Business and Functional Requirements and using them to develop Test cases

-          Experienced in facilitating User Acceptance Testing sessions

-          Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, Listening)

-          Group facilitation experience

-          Expert level skillset with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

-          Must be able to work independently with minimum direction

-          Must demonstrate a positive attitude with a can-do approach to a problem

-          Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
