Sr. Content Production Manager



Lead team in the multi-spectral collection and processing of data, including digital imagery, LiDAR data,

Cable Leakage radio frequency data and associated position information to ensure delivery of highest quality

data. Apply knowledge of optical, mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines as related to geomatics and

software engineering. Apply knowledge of Aerial Survey (imaging and RF) and Geodetic principles to lead

Photogrammetric efforts including: Flight planning, Image Collection, Processing and correcting GPS data,

Exterior Orientation Parameter creation and refinement, camera calibration, Camera System alignment,

workflow optimization, control point acquisition, Photogrammetric Triangulation and Radiometric adjustment;

Oblique imagery acquisition and processing techniques; QA & QC of aerial acquisition and processing activities.

Lead point cloud creation and analysis by means of LiDAR and SGM technology, using expertise in: Scanning

laser technology, Stereoscopic imagery processing, LiDAR ground control, point cloud processing and

manipulation, LiDAR system alignment and calibration, point cloud registration, and classification/manipulation

of point clouds. Perform FCC compliance testing of cable systems through aerial collection of RF data

representing coaxial cable leakage. Perform RF testing of cables systems for FCC compliance applying

knowledge of RF system theory and antenna characterization and operation methods; Cable system

architecture and signal injection theory; RF hardware operation and calibration.

Use C#, C++ and/or Python for automation and software programming; Server system structure and operation,

distributed processing architectures, virtual machines, communication architectures and implementation,

computer networks, processing technologies and integration of technologies. Implement automatic detect

changes in surveyed areas, including: Automated change detection technologies and create new methods, lead

algorithm creation and improvement, and refinement of detection methods. Train users of ground survey

equipment, the selection of ground control points to achieve triangulation and alignment goals and desired

collection of ground control points. Lead key customer capabilities including: software for image viewing, image

measurement, data overlay, shapefile processing, photogrammetric workflow, interface to CAMA databases;

RFP requirements analysis, methods of achieving customer goals, Proposal technical review; RF Cable

Leakage report generation for FCC compliance. Organize projects to achieve goals on time and budget; Create

team schedules and ensure day-to-day production activities execute as required; Incorporate financial controls

to achieve project financial goals. Apply knowledge of agile development lifecycle and commitment to Iterative

and Incremental development principles. Write and analyze software requirements and MVPs.



At least a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Geomatics Engineering or related field and 6 years of

experience in Photogrammetry and the planning, collection and processing of Aerial Imagery. 3 years of

experience is required working with Geomatics and the translation of position vectors, 3 years of experience

required with point cloud creation and analysis in photogrammetric and LiDAR domains, 3 years of experience

using C#, C++ and/or Python for digital imagery and 1 year of experience required applying knowledge of FCC

compliance for cable industry. Demonstrated knowledge required of radio frequency theory and operation;

geodetic principles and aerial survey technologies (imaging and RF). Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively

communicate with engineering team and stakeholders. ASPRS Photogrammetrist Certification required.
