Job Title:  Client Advocate

Location:  Middletown, Connecticut


Position Summary

The Client Advocate serves as the liaison between the client and ISO MarketStance.  You will assist clients in maximizing the value our products as well as listen for client feedback which can enhance both our product offerings and the client experience.  This position also supports our sales staff by preparing product demonstrations to prospective clients.


Primary Responsibilities

1.) Delivery of quality onboarding and training for new clients

2.) Creation of customized product demonstrations delivered via webinar and/or in person to executives of our clients. This requires the ability to both interpret and tell a story with data.

3.) Deliver ongoing training and outreach to existing clients on our platform to use our solution more efficiently and deliver more value to the client with the goal of reducing customer churn and increasing broader product adoption across the existing client base.

4.) Create quality content on our products to increase customer engagement and awareness.

5.) Work with Regional Relationship Directors to create strategic plans for retaining and growing existing accounts.

6.) Respond to client inquiries via phone and/or email in a timely and professional manner.

7.) This position reports directly to the Sr. Client Advocate with high visibility within the organization.

 8.) Desired candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in related field of study or past work experience in insurance, financial products or other products with a substantial data component.  Experience with internal sales support, cross-selling and client onboarding is highly desirable.  Technical skills required include PowerPoint, Work and Excel.  Experience with reporting platforms such as MicroStrategy and Tableau is preferred.
