  • Develop internal network within all Verisk businesses to understand their junior talent needs and opportunities for domestic locations
  • Identify target schools, changing trends and competitive landscape to support programs
  • Plan, organize and execute recruiting activities and participation, both off site and on site
  • Act as corporate ambassador and primary point of contact at educational institutions and targeted organizations
  • Drive the awareness of Verisk programs through branding strategies
  • Assist in the development and execution of Verisk special programs including but not limited to Summer Internship, Path Forward Returnship, and Data Science Excellence Program
  • Record, update and analyze all recruiting data
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate process and experience, including interactions, resume screening, interviews, selection, and offers
  • Strategize across recruitment function to develop and implement social media initiatives.

  • You are comfortable establishing relationships and working across time zones
  • You are a great storyteller and a strong public speaker
  • Your organization skills are top notch
  • You understand that good data is paramount
  • You think of creative ways to attract and engage specific talent communities (such as students and veterans)
