The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to We are looking for an entry level Business Analyst who can work closely with our customers and our product engineering team to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services. You will be involved in the day to day management and support of our customers. You will also be tasked with extensive research and analysis of customer data and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate would be able to think logically and process information with a high level of detail, accuracy and efficiency while communicating the information proficiently across different organizational levels. Although the position requires in-depth knowledge of EDI compliance reporting, a thorough on the job training will be provided to fulfill this need. Your Day-to-Day:
  • Your daily work will be directly related to the general business operations of the division and its customers. You will be responsible for managing clients and client activities, by using an interactive ticketing system.
  • You will provide support to internal ISO staff based on specific assignments and subject matter. The position will require knowledge of and use of the IAIABC Claims, Medical and Policy Standards.
  • ou will be responsible for keeping divisional management apprised of customer issues during and after integration as well as providing updates regarding account progress and potential red flags.
  • As a critical member of the product administration team, you will need to continuously review our internal processes and procedures to ensure that they meet the needs of our clients.
  • Research, diagnostics and issue resolution will play a large role in your day to day

What you bring to the team:
  • College degree, preferably in Business Administration, and 2 to 3 years’ experience in client facing services role or equivalent experience required.
  • Customer Service/Project Management skill preferred
  • Excellent troubleshooting ability required
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of IAIABC Claims and Medical Standards preferred
  • Data Reporting Experience preferred
  • Data Processing Experience preferred
  • Basic Data Analysis/Research Skills preferred
  • Must be available to travel in response to business needs
