Responsibilities include:


  • Validates and/or signs off banks’ data to the quality standards set by the managers and also continuously establishes communication with the managers to improve the data quality and processes
  • Ensures issues are identified and tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
  • Understands business issues, data challenges including weaknesses and recommend process improvement
  • Work with clients to make sure expectations are met
  • Assists manager to provide team leadership to ensure group tasks are appropriately assigned and completed according to an established schedule
  • Assists manager to prepare weekly status updates on data processing and validation process so that issues can be identified early in the process
  • Mentors the junior members on the team and help each to be able to function independently
  • Performs data reconciliation with banks to ensure the quality and consistency of the data received is representative of the bank’s portfolio
  • Coordinate addressing of ad hoc requests as assigned by manager.

Qualifications include:


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • SQL knowledge and experience is a must
  • Must have the capabilities of  working with the loading, processing, validating and building of a financial reporting data warehouse 
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the credit card industry is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent Analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail
  • Can take on challenging unstructured assignments with little supervision
