Compliance and Product Services (CPS) - Product Operations Staff

We are seeking Insurance Compliance and Product Services team members for an exciting new opportunity.  You will participate in coordinating the filing and release of new and revised insurance programs in response to the changing business environment for all lines of insurance.  Additionally, you will partner with and support actuarial to issue and announce pricing changes to customers. Your focus will be on customer satisfaction, product quality and timeliness while expanding your insurance knowledge.

Successful candidates for this role will be responsible for:
  • Communicating changes to policy forms, rules and pricing, along with guidance in issuing and rating policies to customers. 
  • Assisting with revisions to policy forms, manual rules and pricing material as part of insurance program revisions.
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders including Product Development, Product Compliance, Law Department, Government Relations, Actuarial, Publication Support, etc., inviting perspectives, contributions, and partnerships within the team, the unit, the company, and with our customers and business partners.
  • Partnering with the product teams to bring new products to market.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong ability working in deadline-driven situations.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time management skills required.
  • Insurance experience while not required is a plus. 
  • CPCU exam study or completion is a plus and strongly encouraged.
