Florida or Atlanta Based– Territory includes: FL, GA, SC, and AL

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to primarily provide exemplary service to our current clients. In addition, you will be responsible for driving sales by opening and servicing new offices for approved clients and cold calling smaller regional carriers and TPAs.  Our company is highly entrepreneurial and dedicated to providing superior service. Successful candidates must be comfortable with learning sophisticated sale, but not above copying files. Your Day-to-Day: 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Seek out and deliver new opportunities for products
  • Establish regular office visits to pick up file materials and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide assistance to Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain high level of customer service by interacting between operations personnel and end users
  • Provide various reports on daily and weekly sales activity
  • Stay closely in touch with clients and the market overall to provide important feedback on marketing, product strategy, client support and other operational areas to maintain our competitive edge and advantage in the market
  • Represent the sales organization at regional conferences, client meetings and other public forums
  • Monthly overnight travel expected

 What you bring to the team:
  • 2 years of sales experience within insurance services, claims services, investigative services, or nurse case management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Ability to travel extensively, Car required for position
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
